Fitness Incentive Program Information
Eligible members that participate in the Insurance Fitness Programs with one of the below Insurance Partners.

Please go online to your Fitness Reimbursement Portal so you can receive your reimbursement when all requirements have been met.

(You must meet all requirements and be a paid member of BEFITNESS)
4. Select your Insurance company
5. Enter the Zip Code of your BEFITNESS location
6. Click "Enroll Online" this will prompt you to complete a series of questions that will need to be entered in order to complete your online enrollment
7. You will need to fill in the blanks for "Member Enrollment" & submit
8. Please continue to log back into
Once you have set-up your account, you may need to go into "New Member Portal-Already Enrolled" for your workout reimbursement history. Always be sure to update & edit your profile with any changes that is relevant for your insurance reimbursement.
